Please water us only when our soil has been left to completely dry out. We are used to desert conditions and it doesn't rain often where I'm from! And when it rains, it pours out there! "🏜
So be sure to drench your cactus fully, allowing the water to come out the bottom of the pot like a monsoon of showering rains!🚿
Cacti and succulents retain their water in their leaves and body, you'll notice if your cacti begins to shrivel, it's using its reserve tank and is very thirsty !
If your cacti has a draining issue, you'll notice it's body and leaves go squishy! Sitting in too much water will rot your cacti from the inside out causing it to turn mushy.
Well draining soil with small pebbles is ideal!
