Shot almost entirely at night, the film turns Hong Kong into something restless and electric - all neon, motion and blurred edges.

Originally conceived by Wong Kar-wai as a third story for Chungking Express, it grew into its own world - darker, lonelier and more chaotic.

The wide-angle lens distorts faces and spaces, making everything feel slightly off, like the city itself is slipping out of reach.
