The slow cooker mode cooked and tenderised pork in the juicy sauce before shredding it to serve. Delish! A nice easy dinner again and something different too!

Super bargains spotted in Waitrose today to make lunches for next week and the yummiest pesto to make dinners with. All of which can be frozen or kept in the fridge for a decent amount of time. Thermomix can be pricey from the outset but you do notice the savings as you go!
