📖 Luke 2:10–11
“Do not be afraid. I bring you good news of great joy… today in the town of David a Savior has been born to you; He is the Messiah, the Lord.”

He has come—not as a distant king, but as Emmanuel, God with us. In our waiting, our weariness, and our longing, Jesus entered the world bringing hope, light, and salvation.

🎄 Christmas reminds us that God keeps His promise. When the world felt dark, He came. When hearts were heavy, He came. And because He has come, we are never alone.

✨ Lord Jesus, we thank You for coming into this world in humility and love. You are our Light in the darkness, our Hope in every season. As we remember Your birth, fill our hearts with gratitude, peace, and renewed faith. Help us to carry Your love to others and live as reflections of Your light.

📖 Psalm 18:16 “In my distress I called upon the Lord;
to my God I cried for help. From His temple He heard my voice, and my cry to Him reached His ears.”

Even in our lowest, most desperate moments—when strength fails and hope seems distant—God remains near. Jonah remembered the Lord from the depths, and God heard him. No place is too dark, no situation too deep for God’s reach. When we turn our hearts back to Him in sincerity, our prayers rise straight into His presence.

“When my life was fainting away, I remembered the Lord, and my prayer came to You, into Your holy temple.” ~ Jonah 2:7

💔 Lord, when my heart feels weak and my spirit grows tired, help me remember You. Draw me back to Your presence where comfort, mercy, and hope are found. Hear my prayer as You heard Jonah, and lift me from the depths into the light of Your grace.

Teach my heart to seek You first and to trust that You hear me every time I call. Thank You that no prayer is too small, too weak, or too late for You to answer. Thank You for being near even when I feel far. Amen. 🙏🏼
