As part of a 𝐒𝐨𝐥𝐚𝐫 & 𝐁𝐄𝐒𝐒 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭 in Dunfermline, Scotland, the 𝐒𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐤𝐢𝐬 team visited the site to support the installation of the 𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫 𝐬𝐲𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐦.

This reel follows the step-by-step assembly of a 36 kV medium-voltage cable termination inside the Senekis production area.

The process begins with cable preparation and continues with the controlled treatment of its individual layers and the arrangement of the metallic screen.

Inside the 𝐒𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐤𝐢𝐬 production area, several compact electrical panels are being assembled in parallel.

Working side by side, our technicians carry out component installation, wiring and assembly according to the technical requirements defined for each unit.

This organised workflow allows multiple panels to progress at the same time, while keeping every stage clear and coordinated from one enclosure to the next.

Another important phase of the 𝐓𝐞𝐫𝐩𝐞𝐳𝐢𝐭𝐚 𝐁𝐄𝐒𝐒 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭 has been successfully completed, with the first equipment already departing from the 𝐒𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐤𝐢𝐬 facilities.

Our scope for this phase included the 𝐝𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐠𝐧, 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 & 𝐬𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐥𝐲 of 𝟔 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐊𝐢𝐨𝐬𝐤𝐬 and spare parts, distributed across 𝐀𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐫, 𝐇𝐚𝐝𝐚𝐫 and 𝐕𝐞𝐠𝐚.

Each kiosk includes:
🔹 8DA10, 36kV, 33kV, 25kA/3s, 2000A, IAC AFLR 25kA/1s, 5 x CB
🔹 Auxiliary LV Panel
🔹 Generator Change Over Switch & Auxiliary LV Panel
🔹 Marshalling Panel
🔹 Three Phase Dry Type Transformer 100kVA, 33kV ±2x2.5% / 400V, Uk = 6%

This shipment marks one more step in a wider project, with more phases and updates to follow soon.
