He studied stage and costume design and he has been working as an interior designer since 1989. In 1989, he designed his first hotel ANDROMEDA ATHENS, which was among the few boutique hotels in Europe at that time. Since 1999, he has designed the interiors of m

ore than 40 hotels, most of which were boutique hotels. Among his projects, one can find residences, apartments, restaurants, clubs, show rooms. He lives and works in Athens and he has done various projects all over Greece, as well as in Cyprus, in Istanbul and lately in the US. His work and projects are often presented in the Greek and international press. Angelos Angelopoulos is repeatedly chosen and included, among some of the leading designers of the world, in ANDREW MARTIN’s YEAR BOOK, every year from 2005 to 2017.

Amazing shot by Roc Isern from the Walden-7 housing project of Ricardo Bofill 'Taller d'Arquitectura' built between 1973-75 in Sant Just Desvern, Spain.

Walden 7 is a project implementing some of Ricardo Bofill's earliest ambitions and addressing most of the problems of modern city life. It is located on the same lot as Taller de Arquitectura, based in the refurbished ruins of an old cement factory. The housing structure benefits from Bofill's earlier research and the idea of providing public spaces and gardens for residents to enjoy an enhanced quality of living.
