Each Honor Folding Mahjong Table is made by hand and takes over 125 hours to produce. The rattan edges of the tabletop incorporate our signature Greek Key motif, running across four hidden magnetic drawers. The most notable feature of this table is that it is completely foldable but looks like a permanent fixture. Assembly takes only minutes. The table is topped in raffia. We wanted a surface that still gave you that satisfying ‘clack’ when you shuffle the tiles, but also had a very natural feeling and finish. It’s a true game table, limited not only to mahjong, but easily accommodated chess, poker or bridge. We aspire to create a flexible design for every kind of home. It can easily be stored under a bed or in a closet, yet is elegant enough for daily use. We hope this encourages design encourages people to host mahjong at home more often no matter the occasion!

You’ll flip over this Hermès collector’s piece!!! This bench features a Pommel horse-inspired design covered with taurillon H leather with solid Canaletto walnut wood drawers and casing and wood legs. Designed by Philippe Nigro for Hermès. Each drawer side and bottom is covered with taurillon H leather with brushed stainless steel feet. Secondhand, preowned furniture. The leather has been expertly restored in a deep black. The condition is very good with few signs of wear. Come check it out in our Ap Lei Chau warehouse!

Our rattan furniture and home decor is inspired by local architectural details, from China Club to Tai Kwun. We take the clean, sharp lines of Art Deco and soften them with organic, flowing forms. The meander motif of the Greek Key or 回纹 is a symbol of eternity that literally wraps these designs in a cycle of good fortune. Each piece is handmade by master craftsman in the Philippines, using techniques that are passed down through generations, and no two are alike.

A stunning piece, sure to command attnetion in any living room or lounge. This coffee table made of a tabletop in Romano Classico travertine and oak base was originally designed by Philippe Nigro for Hermès. The travertine is a very hard, porous rock with warm tones, and veins or bands of contrasting colors. It is characterized by small, unevenly distributed cavities. This makes each travertine piece different and unique. This is a secondhand piece, and is preowned, with minimal signs of wear. DM us for a warehouse viewing!

Our love of local heritage design made 大館 Tai Kwun feel like the only place we should open our store. Like Tai Kwun, our store celebrates the craft of the past, while serving the social rituals of the present. Coming to our store and stepping in to the courtyard of Tai Kwun, you are surrounded by the weight of history but you are also here to celebrate art, style, and the flow of life today.
