A unique and multifunctional space cultivating community and innovation.

We collaborated with Hundsun in Hangzhou to create 'LIGHT PARK', a hub concept that offers a sensory, flexible and inclusive experience to support innovation and relaxation.

This environment brings together eight multifunctional areas, adaptive lighting, swing seating and a mural celebrating the history of fintech, all within one immersive destination.

We’re excited to share that our work with Northern Trust in Sydney has been shortlisted for the 2026 IDEA Awards in the Workplace Over 1000 sqm category.

The new workplace brings client-facing, trading and corporate functions together in one cohesive environment. It supports efficient day-to-day operations, privacy and employee comfort, while creating a welcoming experience for clients. Adaptable planning also ensures the workplace can continue to serve Northern Trust’s evolving needs over the long term.

Thank you to our client for its trust and collaboration, to our project team who made this achievement possible and to Australian Design Review for the recognition.

Turning a headquarters expansion into common ground.

For our confidential oil & gas client in Denver, we were asked to create a workplace that connected corporate leadership with the engineers, technical specialists and field personnel powering the business every day.

Through workplace strategy and design, we transformed a neighbouring building into a unifying environment that feels authentic, inclusive and deeply connected to the realities of the industry.

Rather than replicating the existing headquarters, we developed a 'raw and refined' design language that balances industrial authenticity with a sophisticated workplace experience.

Field-inspired artwork, behaviour-driven planning and carefully considered social spaces help bridge the gap between corporate and operational teams, creating a workplace where everyone can see themselves reflected.

The success of the workplace can be seen not only in how people use it, but also in the performance metrics achieved throughout design and construction:

✔ LEED Silver certification
✔ 90%+ low/no-VOC finishes
✔ 51% construction waste diversion
✔ 40% lower lighting power than ASHRAE standards

Supporting flexibility with hackable furniture and innovative technology.

We worked with Okta in Sydney and translated a pilot-tested strategy into a ‘dynamic workplace’. This future-ready environment showcases adaptable furniture, strong tech infrastructure and zoning that enables different workstyles.

As Okta’s first WELL and LEED Silver-certified office, it reflects a strong commitment to wellbeing and long-term sustainability.
