Embodies a sophisticated spatial rhythm through a tactile palette of warm timber, neutral tones, and soft glass partitions. Integrated cabinetry and ambient lighting quietly tuck daily life behind clean-lined millwork, allowing the living and dining domain to unspool with seamless continuity.

The architecture of a home is often felt through circulation before it is seen through decoration. At Dynasty Court, the relationship between living, dining, and private zones is shaped for a more fluid domestic rhythm—layered with considered materials, lighting, and integrated storage.

We are looking for Senior Interior Designers / Interior Designers to join our team.

【Job Responsibilities】
- End-to-End Ownership: Manage residential projects from initial conceptualization and spatial planning to final site handover.
- Technical Precision: Develop comprehensive sets of production drawings, construction details, and material specifications.
- Design Development: Create mood boards, design details, and material palettes.
- Client Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, presenting design proposals and managing expectations throughout the renovation journey.
- Site Coordination: Work closely with our Site Supervisors/Project Manager to maintain design integrity during the construction phase.

【Requirements】
- Experience: At least 7 years of relevant experience in the interior design industry. Experience in residential design and build projects.
- Software Mastery: Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office.
- Soft Skills: A strong sense of responsibility, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
