The Clearwater Bay School PTA is proud to present its first ever, and much anticipated 180-page Clearwater Bay School Cookbook, containing over 70 recipes contributed by parents and students of the Clearwater Bay School, Hong Kong. After many years of enjoying delicious baked goods brought in by parents for the PTA morning coffees, it became evident that the Clearwater Bay School should create a c
ookbook that celebrates our parents' commitment to their families, underscores the value inherent in home-cooked meals, and showcases our school's diverse community. We are absolutely thrilled by the wide variety of recipes we received from our parents - handcrafted pita bread, mushroom pate, Malaysian Indian rogan josh, lamb chops with cherries and port, seafood curry, beetroot burgers, and tiramisu, to name a few. We hope that Clearwater Bay School's "Favourite Family Recipes" cookbook, with its impressive collection of mouthwatering recipes from around the world, inspires your to cook and eat with your children, educate them about nutrition, and expand their palate.
