Ingredients
🌰 175g Shelled Pistachios
🍫 56g Vegan White Chocolate
🥄 3 Tbsp (39g) Neutral Vegetable Oil
🧂 ⅛ tsp Salt (optional)
🍬 2 Tbsp Powdered Sugar (optional)
How to Make It 🔥
1. Stir-fry the shelled pistachios until fragrant 👃✨
2. Grind the pistachios using a Swift Drum Grater (fine blade) 💪
3. Melt vegan white chocolate over double boiler 🍫
4. Pour the melted chocolate over the pistachio crumbs and mix well 🥣
5. Gradually add the vegetable oil in 3–4 portions. Adjust sweetness with powdered sugar as desired ✨

🍭 Sweetness: White chocolate already adds sweetness; powdered sugar is optional. For a flavor closer to commercial pistachio butter, add about 4 Tbsp.
