Arame | Waldorf Astoria Shanghai Qiantan

Inspired by the grand 17th-19th century Nordic noble estate’s dedicated greenhouse — the legendary “Orangerie”.

Here, we reimagine that majestic glass palace in contemporary Nordic minimalism, paired with bespoke hand-crafted crystal glass sculptures that echo the most breathtaking glass architecture of that golden era.

This is more than a restaurant.
It’s where history breathes through crystal light — our story, our soul.

靈感來自17-19世紀北歐貴族專屬的傳奇溫室——Orangerie 橘園。

我們以極致北歐簡約為骨，配上手工訂製水晶玻璃雕塑為魂，讓三百年前最璀璨的玻璃建築光輝，於此刻悄然復甦。

此處不僅僅是一座餐廳，更令昔日最動人的光之建築，
於當代重新盛放。在光影之間，靜靜呼吸。
