The space is defined by its clean geometry and refined material palette—muted walls, textured stone flooring, and soft indirect lighting that enhances the architectural rhythm of the wall detailing. A slender console with a dark metal frame and a simple round mirror introduce a sense of balance and visual harmony, acting as both functional and sculptural elements.

Designed as a seamless open-plan living environment, this residence embodies modern sophistication through balanced composition and material harmony. The integration of the living, pantry, and dining areas reflects an understated elegance—where functionality and warmth coexist effortlessly.

Soft grey stone flooring grounds the space, while natural wood cabinetry introduces a refined warmth that contrasts beautifully with the cool texture of marble surfaces. The living area features a bespoke entertainment wall, accentuated by backlit marble panels that heighten the sense of depth and visual drama. A generous sectional sofa anchors the composition, offering both comfort and structure within the open layout.

The kitchen and pantry area showcase meticulous detailing, where clean lines and concealed joinery express quiet luxury.
