Happy Christmas time!🎅🎄🎁✨ A few new cards I've drawn for an work intern christmas market, which have been all sold🥰🤗
The inspiration is coming from my own bunnies but I want to make sure that rabbits are not a Christmas gift! They are a year long commitment and a part of the family💚

Donkey Daimhin wishes you all a good start into the week🫏✨💚
I love donkeys, especially the comic portrait from the movie Shrek because the donkey actually reminds me of my childhood dog sparky. Short legs, cute and just the best pal I could have wished for growing up🥰
So in a way this is another tribute to my beloved and stubborn dog, always loved, never forgotten🐕💚

Esel Daimhin (ausgesprochen daw+veen) wünscht euch allen einen guten Start in die Woche🫏✨💚
Ich liebe Esel, besonders die Darstellung des Esel's aus dem Film Shrek, weil der mich an meinen Hund Sparky aus der Kindheit erinnert. Kurze Beine, süss und einfach der beste Freund den ich mir hätte wünschen können um aufzuwachen🥰
Somit ist dies ein weiteres Denkmal an meinen geliebten, sturen Hund, von allen geliebt und niemals vergessen🐕💚

Card 2/50 another card done☀️🌸🌼✨ this is a bit different than my other paintings but I tried some different approach and I'm okay with it☺️
The last panel is the flower I took the inspiration from. (I took the picture)

A little step by step look on how I do my watercolor paintings. I have a little scribble book where I make a rough sketch of the animal I want to draw and I could try which colors I'm going to use (I usually end up the ones I go for immediately😂). All the animals are on a A4 (a half of an original A3 paper, just because😅🤷) watercolour paper and available to purchase.🤗✨
We need some corlors and good energy now more than before in this scary times🌈🌻

Ein kleiner Schritt für Schritt Einblick von wie ich meine Wasserfarben Bilder male. Ich hab ein kleines sketchbuch in dem ich eine raue vorversion von dem Tier male und ich könnte verschiedene Farben ausprobieren (ich verwende praktisch immer die Farben die ich auf Anhieb benutze😂). Alle Tierbilder sind auf einem A4 (eine zerrissene Hälfte eines A3 Papiers, warum auch nicht😅🤷) Wasserfarben malpapier und käuflich erwerblich. 🤗✨

Wir brauchen etwas mehr Farbe und positive Energie jetzt mehr als sonst in dieser unsicheren Zeit🌈🌻

I bought another 50 empty cards, slightly bigger than the other 100 ones and I try to build up my stock, so I can eventually sell them in town when I retire😂😅☀️

I really love this one, and it motivated me to start working on a children book as well... Good luck to me to ever finishing that😆✨💚💚

Ich hab ein neues Set von 50 leeren Karten gekauft, die etwas größer sind als die anderen 100, jetzt versuche ich mein Lager an Ware aufzubauen so dass ich die Karten dann irgendwann in der Stadt verkaufen kann... Wenn ich in Rente gehe😂😅☀️

Ich mag diese Karte besonders, und sie hat motiviert mich dazu ein Kinderbuch zu malen... Viel Glück an mich dieses Projekt jemals zu beenden😆✨💚💚

Magic hour✨🐈‍⬛🪄 Caoimhe the cat (pronounced kwee-vah) represents the magic in this world, in nature and all living things🌱🌿🌳
The world is so much bigger than what we see and perceive, which helps me to realise I'm just a tiny ant in a huge universe and my worries are not as big as they sometimes feel (they are still allowed to feel massive).

Painting quirky, vibrant and cute animals helps to get me through the day though, mind yourselves🥰🙃

Magische Stunde✨🐈‍⬛🪄 Caoimhe die Katze (ausgesprochen kwee-vah) repräsentiert die Magie auf dieser Welt, in the natur und allen Lebewesen🌱🌿🌳
Die Welt ist so viel größer als was wir sehen und wahrnehmen, was mir dabei hilft zu realisieren dass ich nur eine kleine Ameise bin in einem riesigen Universum und meine Sorgen sind nicht so riesig wie sie sich manchmal anfühlen (trotzdem dürfen sie sich riesig anfühlen).

Knallbunte, schrullig süsse Tiere malen hilft dabei mich durch den Tag zu schlagen, passt auf euch auf🥰🙃

Tadhg the turtle arrived last month at my friend's place in Spain, for a art exchange😍☀️🐢

Fun fact: if my research is correct, Tadhg is pronounced "Taig" which sounds similar to the German word 'Teig' which means 'dough' like in 'cookie dough'😊☘️

Tadhg die Schildkröte kam letzten Monat bei meiner Freundin in Spanien an, für einen Kunstaustausch😍☀️🐢

Lustiger Fakt: wenn meine Recherche stimmt, Tadhg wird 'Taig' ausgesprochen, was sich sehr ähnlich wie das deutsche Word 'Teig' anhört, wie in 'Kuchenteig'😊☘️
