A morning of making with clay to celebrate Imbolc. I've been asked a few times for a taster to clay as some people can't commit to several weeks. This is an ideal way to try it out or to just come along and make some celtic inspired work.

Your pieces will be dried, fired and glazed and ready for collection. 3-4weeks after the course.

Make a Bridgets cross for your home, a celtic stamped pot or even a snowdrop decorated piece to welcome Spring ☀️ 🌼 🌸

Throwing Course - 3 week

Get going on the wheel.
This is for absolute beginners or anyone who has tried the wheel and is hungry for more 😉 We'll cover the basics of centring, trimming and adding handles. You will finish the course with some pieces completely made and finished by you. The max number of people in each course is 3 so you get lots of one to one guidance.

The courses will take place in my little studio in Mountshannon on the shores of Lough Derg. The studio sits in the shadow of Bébinn the biggest Oak tree in Ireland.

2 courses to choose from - Thursday evenings or Saturday mornings. A total of 7.5 hours of messy, earthy fun.
