Did you know we operate across two very distinct areas of property design?
✨ Property Staging
🏡 Show Home Design
While they may appear similar, they are fundamentally different — and both play powerful roles in the property journey.
Property staging is about transformation and presentation. It’s introduced toward the end of a project, enhancing what already exists and helping buyers emotionally connect with a space. It’s strategic, marketing-led, and focused on maximising appeal within a completed structure.
Show home design, however, begins at the very start.
This is where we become deeply embedded in the development process — often from concept stage — working alongside developers, architects and technical teams.
Our involvement can include:
• Refining space planning
• Reviewing architectural drawings
• Advising on electrical layouts based on real furniture positioning
• Influencing lighting schemes
• Reviewing tiling and flooring layouts
• Ensuring the house type works practically, aesthetically and commercially
But beyond the technical involvement, we have a genuine invested interest in every show home we design.
A show home becomes the identity of a development. It sets the tone, communicates the lifestyle, and forms the first impression for every potential buyer who walks through the door.
On many developments, close working relationships are formed. We often revisit sites long after installation because we genuinely care about how things are progressing, what the buyer feedback is, and how the show home is performing.
At GRACE GAHAN INTERIORS, we value meeting and greeting visitors where possible. Those conversations allow us to gather real-time insights and invaluable data — shaping future phases, future developments, and future show homes.
Show home design shapes the blueprint and the brand.
Property staging elevates and enhances what’s already built.
Neither takes away from the other — they simply serve different purposes.
And we’re incredibly proud to specialise in both.
