💡 FLOORING TIP

The laminate floor isn't usually the problem.

The subfloor underneath is.

One of the most common issues we see is flooring being installed on uneven or damp subfloors. Even high-quality laminate can fail if the floor underneath hasn't been properly prepared.

Before fitting any laminate floor, we always check:

✔ Moisture levels
✔ Floor flatness
✔ Weak spots in the subfloor

A little preparation at the start can add years to the life of your floor.

At Arra Flooring, we only recommend products we've tested and trust ourselves. Whether you're fitting it yourself or having it professionally installed, the right underlay and moisture protection can make all the difference.
