Through her brand Every Breaking Wave, she creates hyper-realistic ocean slices and abstract ocean art using resin and mixed media, each piece echoing the movement, depth, and raw beauty of coastal waters.

Wishing you a happy Christmas. As today unfolds in its own gentle rhythm, I'm taking a moment to reflect and say thank you.

This morning, I've been opening messages and photos from people who've received pieces as gifts, and it's been such a joy to see the ocean finding its way into new homes on Christmas Day.

This year has been one of connection. With collectors who've welcomed the ocean into their homes, with galleries who've shared my work, and with everyone who's followed along as Every Breaking Wave has grown.

Thank you for being part of my journey. For your support, your messages, your love for the ocean, and for bringing these pieces into your homes and lives.

About Artist

Original Resin Art by Orla Doyle.

Orla is a seascape artist who creates a visual escape to paradise for others to find a sense of peace, happiness, and tranquility. Born and raised in Co. Kilkenny, Ireland, she has traveled across the world and draws inspiration from the beautiful coastlines she encountered along the way.

Using acrylics and resin on wood boards, each original painting is completely unique and full of depth emulating the movement of the ocean through dynamic colours, fluid movements, and organic compositions. As light reflects off the glass like surface of the resin, the complexities of the multi-layers are revealed, conveying a sense of wonder.
