Fast, fun and full of flavour.

Right next to the University of Limerick, this second Doh. site reimagines the brand’s signature palette through the lens of fast-casual dining. With custom powder-coated framing, bold tiling and clean lines, we layered in playful design cues that nod to the original while making space for a new customer rhythm.

Reflections of identity.

The circular mirror at Doh. offers more than a glimpse, it reflects the core of the brand, both visually and conceptually. The contrast of exposed brick against the bold green paint creates a raw yet refined palette, grounded by recycled terrazzo tables and softened by natural planting.

A full view of form, colour and contrast.

This perspective brings the full spatial identity of Doh. into focus; the deep green bands guide the eye through the space, while the warm orange zone cuts through with energy. Tonal tiling, terrazzo tops and original brickwork layer texture and tactility, all centred around a bold but welcoming bar.

Striking bands of rich green move through the space, offset by original brickwork, warm timber floors, and natural textures. This contrast of bold and raw materials was central to creating a fresh yet grounded identity for Doh., echoing the balance of tradition and modernity in their wood-fired offering.

The boldest moment in the Doh. interior. 🔥

This burnt orange colour-blocked zone anchors the back of the restaurant, creating an eye-catching focal point framed by a custom bench, tonal tiling, and a sculptural lighting installation. The terrazzo tables are made from recycled wood chips — a subtle nod to the restaurant’s wood-fired roots and a commitment to sustainability.

Old meets new.

We retained the original stone and brickwork discovered on site, using it as a grounding element in a space defined by bold geometry, contemporary textures and layered materiality. This balance of heritage and modernity is part of what gives Doh. its distinctive feel.

Colour was key to the concept for Doh’s founding location in Limerick.

We introduced a ‘ribbon’ of rich green that runs through the space, giving structure and depth, with a striking burnt orange colour block to frame an area of dining booths and catch the eye.

It’s a visual identity and interior scheme designed to be as memorable as their proper pizza.

Sometimes the most powerful design decisions are the ones that strip back rather than add on. At The Bleeding Horse, we removed the overhead bridge at the entrance to reveal the full drama of a double-height bar space.

The new upper joinery, custom-built in rich timber and softly lit, pays homage to the best of traditional Irish pub interiors, while below, the tiered bottle display turns the bar into a showpiece.

There’s something about a dark corner and a long, deep-buttoned, leather banquette that just invites storytelling.

This snug space in Tucker Reilly’s was designed for late-night laughs, quiet whiskeys, and impromptu toasts. Set under the soft glow of backlit nostalgia, with a wall of collected curiosities to spark conversation over a drink or two.

Who else is tempted to settle in here for hours? 👀

We designed this booth zone at Nutbutter Smithfield with warmth and comfort in mind. Textured finishes, natural materials, and layered lighting bring the West Coast energy to Dublin 7.

Bonus points if you spotted the leather strap detail — subtle, but so satisfying.

A subtle nod to where it all began.

The entrance floor at Nutbutter Smithfield features a bespoke tile pattern, inspired by the original counter front at Nutbutter’s very first site.

Small details like this help us carry a visual thread through each location — while still allowing each space to reflect its own identity.

Warm tones, layered materials, and brand storytelling in every corner.

Nutbutter, after hours 🌙

As the natural light fades, this space comes into its own — the warm tones, layered lighting and rich materials create a glow that’s soft, grounded, and quietly inviting.

Proof that wellness-led interiors can still feel indulgent — and that good design transitions effortlessly from day to night.
