Creamy, frothy, and perfect for summer days .
This easy cold coffee with vanilla ice cream is your 5-minute café-style treat at home!
Ingredients:
• Milk – 250 ml (chilled)
• Vanilla ice cream – 1 scoop
• Instant coffee powder – 1 to 1½ tsp
• Hot water – 2 tbsp (to dissolve coffee)
• Sugar – 1 to 2 tsp (adjust to taste)
• Ice cubes – 4–5
Method:
1. In a small bowl, mix instant coffee with hot water → make a strong coffee shot.
2. In a blender, add chilled milk, sugar, ice cubes, and the coffee mixture.
3. Blend for 20–30 seconds until slightly frothy.
4. Add 1 scoop vanilla ice cream and blend again briefly.
5. Pour into a glass (approx. 300 ml).
6. Optional: Top with a little extra ice cream or foam for that café vibe.
