these chocolate overnight oats are rich, creamy, filling, and one of the easiest no-cook breakfast recipes to keep on repeat lately ✨
and yes… very convenient in this current LPG drama too!
🛒 Ingredients
• 1 cup oats
• 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
• 1 tbsp chia seeds
• 1 tbsp sunflower seeds
• 1 tsp melon seeds
• 1 tsp peanut butter
• 1 tbsp cocoa powder (or more if you like it extra chocolatey)
• honey, as needed (or sweetener of choice)
• milk, as needed
✨ Method
Mix everything together, let it rest for 3–4 hours or overnight, then top it the way you like and enjoy it cold or at room temperature 🤍
🍓 Toppings I used
banana, strawberries, cranberries, peanuts + protein Greek yogurt
🌿 why this bowl works so well
• a high-fiber breakfast that keeps you full for longer
• a good balance of protein, healthy fats, and slow carbs
• helps with those random mid-morning cravings
• perfect as an easy meal prep breakfast for busy mornings
• feels indulgent, but still works beautifully as a healthy breakfast recipe
📌 approx nutrition (with my toppings)
• Calories: ~850–1000 kcal
• Protein: ~30–40g (depending on milk, yogurt, and toppings used)
one of those easy breakfast ideas that makes you feel like you have your life together… even when the rest of the day says otherwise 🤔
save this for the next low-energy morning 🥣✨
