Ingredients
For Tomato and Coriander Chutney
β’ 4 big tomatoes
β’ 1 tablespoon oil
β’ 1 tablespoon roasted chana dal
β’ 1 tablespoon urad dal
β’ 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
β’ 1 tablespoon coriander seeds
β’ 1 dried red chilli
β’ 5-6 cloves garlic
β’ 3 green chillies
β’ salt to taste
β’ 1 cup fresh coriander
β’ 1 small piece tamarind
β’ 2 tablespoons grated coconut
β’ water as required
For Tadka
β’ 1 teaspoon oil
β’ 1 teaspoon mustard seeds/rai
β’ 1 teaspoon urad dal
β’ 1 pinch asafoetida/ hing
β’ 8-10 curry leaves
β’ 2 dried red chillies
Ingredients- Lauki Ki Chutney
β’ 2 tablespoons oil
β’ 2 tablespoon urad dal
β’ 2 tablespoon roasted chana dal
β’ 1 tablespoon coriander seeds
β’ 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
β’ 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
β’ 1 inch ginger
β’ 6-7 garlic cloves
β’ 4 dried red chilli
β’ 1 large onion sliced
β’ 1 large tomato roughly chopped
β’ salt to taste
β’ 1 cup lauki/ bottle guard
β’ 1 cup fresh coriander
β’ 1 lemon size tamarind
For Tadka
β’ 2 tablespoons oil
β’ 1 teaspoon mustard seeds/rai
β’ 1 teaspoon urad dal
β’ ΒΌ teaspoon asafoetida/ hing
β’ 8-10 curry leaves

β’ 12-14 Kashmiri dried red chillies
β’ 14-15 curry leaves
