2 Bowl Horse gram, sprouted
1-2 medium Potatoes, cubed
2 small Brinjals (eggplant), cubed
Salt, to taste
Water, as required
For the Masala Paste (Grind to a smooth paste): 1 cup Fresh coconut, grated
1 medium Onion, roughly chopped
5 small Tomato, roughly chopped
4-5 Dry red chillies
Small marble-sized Tamarind
1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
3 kashmiri red chilli
For Tempering:
2 tbsp Oil
1 tsp Mustard seeds
Few curry leave
1 onion
2 spoon Roasted gram dal
2 spoon Sambar powder @
