MUSHROOM MATAR MASALA RECIPE |
MASALEDAR MUSHROOM KI RECIPE | MATAR MUSHROOM KI SABJI DHABEWALE STYLE MEIN

INGREDIENTS-
For masala-
Cashews-7-8
Kashmiri lal mirch-2
Coriander seeds-1/2 tsp
Cumin seeds-1/2 tsp
Khade garam masale- 1/2 tsp
Garlic-2 clove
Turmeric powder-1/2 tsp

Other ingredients-
Onion-1 large
Mushroom-400gms
Green peas-200gms
Beaten curd- 3 tbsp
Salt as per taste
Coriander leaves
METHOD:
*Wash the mushrooms and peas with fresh water and keep them aside
*Now take a bowl and soak some cashews and kashmiri red chilli in hot water.
*Then cut the vegetables properly
*Take a pan and roast all the masalas for 2minutes at medium flame.
*Now grind them well along with cashews and chilli and make a fine paste .
*Take a pan again and pour some oil and sauté the mushrooms for 2-3 minutes .
*Again add 1 tbsp of oil and add ½ tsp of cumin seeds for tadka and the add onion and sauté it till it becomes golden brown.
*And then add the masala paste and ½ cup of water and sauté it till the oil comes out (atleast 10 minutes).
*Add fresh green peas and let it cook properly for atleast 5 minutes.
*And then add the beaten curd (a twist) and the mushroom.
*Add ½ a cup of water and leave it for 10 minutes and your masaledar sabji is ready.
*Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with paratha or rice.

*Aamchur powder-1/2 tsp
*Garam masala-1/4 tsp
*Turmeric powder-1/4 tsp
*Salt as per taste
