Today I tried something super simple yet so satisfying 😍
I just made a quick tadka of oil, jeera, onion and spices, added tomato, then threw in paneer, beans, capsicum, baingan and potato…
Closed the pressure cooker for just 2–3 whistles and done!
Soft vegetables, mild spicy gravy, and everything cooked perfectly in one pot.
No long standing in the kitchen, no complicated steps — pure comfort food ready in minutes.
This pressure cooker Mix Veg has become my go-to recipe on busy days.
Tastes even better with hot roti or jeera rice.

Last night I was so hungry but didn’t want to cook a full meal 😩
So I quickly fried some paneer, made a simple tadka of onion, tomato, green chilli and Maggi masala…
Then added the fried paneer + capsicum, threw in 2 Maggi packets, and finally topped it with cheese slices.
In just 10 minutes I had the most delicious, creamy Paneer Cheese Maggi ever!
Soft noodles, spicy gravy, crispy paneer and melted cheese — pure comfort food 😍
This has become my go-to quick recipe when I want something tasty without any effort.
