Aloo (Potatoes): 4 bade aloo
Anda (Egg): 1
Cornstarch (Ararot powder): 2-3 bade chhamach
Lasan Powder (Garlic Powder): 1 chhota chhamach
Lal Mirch Powder (Paprika/Red Chilli Powder): 1 chhota chhamach
Kali Mirch Powder (Black Pepper Powder): 1/2 chhota chhamach
Parmesan Cheese: Grate kiya hua (swadanusar)
Namak (Salt): Swadanusar
Tel (Oil): Deep fry karne ke liye
Banane ki Vidhi (Step-by-Step Recipe):
Step 1: Aloo ko Ubalna aur Grate Karna
Sabse pehle aloo ko acche se chheel (peel) lein aur unhein beech se do hisson mein kaat lein.
Ek bartan mein paani garam karein aur usme aloo ko sirf 5 minute ke liye ubaal (boil) lein taaki wo halke naram ho jayein, par poore na pakein.
Aloo ko paani se nikal kar thanda hone dein, aur phir unhein ek kaddukas (grater) ki madad se acche se grate kar lein.
Step 2: Masala Mix Karna
Ek bade bowl mein grate kiye hue aloo dalein.
Ab isme 1 anda, cornstarch, lasan powder, lal mirch powder, kali mirch powder, grate kiya hua parmesan cheese aur namak dalein.
Ek chhamach ki madad se in sabhi cheezon ko aapas mein acchi tarah mix kar lein taaki aloo par masalon ki achhi binding ho jaye.
Step 3: Hash Browns ka Shape Dena
Thoda sa aloo ka mixture apne haathon mein lein.
Use dabaate hue ek oval (andakaar) ya flat tikki jaisa shape dein (jaise video mein dikhaya gaya hai).
Step 4: Deep Fry Karna
Ek pan ya kadhai mein tel achhi tarah garam karein.
Garam tel mein dhyan se hash browns ko dalein aur unhein medium-high aanch par pakaein.
Jab ek taraf se wo golden brown ho jayein, toh unhein palat dein aur doosri taraf se bhi crispy aur sunahra hone tak fry karein.
Fry hone ke baad unhein tel se nikal lein.
