Walls are often the most overlooked element in a space, yet they have the power to define its entire mood.
During my visit to Marshall’s Wallcoverings, I explored a range of textures, finishes, and materials, from bespoke wallpaper to intricate embroidery wallpaper. What stood out was how each surface carries its own character, adding depth and quiet richness to a space without overwhelming it.
The right wall treatment does more than decorate. It creates a backdrop that enhances everything around it, from furniture to lighting, making the space feel complete and well considered.

The first impression of a home does not begin in the living room. It begins the moment you step into the lobby.
For this Goregaon residence, the entrance lobby was designed to create a strong yet welcoming sense of arrival. The idea was to strike a balance between elegance and warmth, so the space feels inviting while still setting the tone for the rest of the home.
Carefully selected materials add depth and character, while layered lighting enhances the textures and creates a soft, refined ambience. Every element has been thoughtfully placed to ensure the space feels cohesive and intentional, without being overwhelming.
More than just a transition zone, the lobby acts as an introduction to the home’s personality. It prepares you for what lies ahead, while still holding its own as a beautifully designed space.

One thoughtfully designed home in Worli.
The living room was designed to feel grand yet personal. Sculptural stone and marble artifacts bring texture and depth, while the client’s existing artwork was carefully highlighted to give the space a strong visual identity. The seating area was elevated with a specially selected silk-finish upholstery that adds a subtle richness and a majestic presence to the sofa.
Just a few steps away, the balcony unfolds into an entirely different experience. What was once a long, narrow space is now a vibrant entertainment zone. A bespoke bar with a striking backlit onyx panel sets the tone for evenings with friends, while a hidden roll-down projector transforms the balcony into a cozy outdoor movie spot. Even when the screen disappears, a beautiful landscape mural with a built-in fireplace keeps the space warm, inviting and visually engaging.
At PG Dezines, the goal is always the same which is to turn every corner of a home into a space that feels intentional, functional and unforgettable.

What do you do with a 35-foot balcony that feels long but narrow?
You turn it into the most exciting space in the house.
For this Worli home, the brief was simple. Create a place where the family could unwind, entertain friends, and enjoy quiet movie nights without leaving the comfort of their home.
At PG Dezines, we reimagined this 7 by 35 feet balcony as a complete leisure zone. A bespoke bar area anchors the space, highlighted with a striking backlit onyx panel that adds warmth and drama after sunset. The bar showcase was designed to feel refined yet inviting, perfect for hosting intimate gatherings.
But the real experience unfolds at night. A discreet roll-down projector screen transforms the balcony into a private movie corner. When the screen disappears, the wall still tells a story. We designed a landscape mural that keeps the space visually rich and cozy even when the projector is tucked away.
To elevate the ambience further, an artificial fireplace was seamlessly integrated within the mural wall, creating a natural focal point. It becomes the perfect corner for conversations, laughter, and relaxed evenings with friends.
The result is not just a balcony.
It is a lifestyle space designed for moments that matter.
