Easy pumpkin sauce pasta for kids.

Healthy and nutritious. Steam pumpkin cubes , add cottage cheese 1 cup and blend it in a fine puree. In a pan put butter , chopped ginger garlic and sautee for 2-3 mins. Now add pureed pumpkin sauce and mix well. Cook for 2-3 mins on low flame. Add parmesan cheese and cook well in sauce like consistency. You can also add milk to fix the consistency. Add boiled pasta in the sauce and mix well. Sprinkle oregano, black pepper , salt as per taste and mix them.

Soya chana dal cutlets

Recipe
Take soya granules and soak it in warm water for 1-2 minutes . Squeeze extra water. Make a coarse paste in blender by adding presoaked chana dal . Add chopped veggies of your choice onion, ginger garlic paste, capsicum, bell pepper , corriander, celery etc . Add spices cumin powder, garam masala powder, chat masala as per your taste. Add 1-2 spoon roasted besan for binding purpose. make small patties and keep in refrigerator for 30-40 mins so that tikkis get set.

Now Air fry / shallow fry/ deep fry as per your choice .

Ragi , almond , and dates muffins

Take ragi flour, almond flour and 1 spoon wheat flour.
Soak medjoul dates in milk and blend a puree after removing seeds.
Mix flour in that puree, add extra milk as required.
Add pinch of baking soda and 1/2 tsp baking powder.
Add melted butter 1/2 cup.
I have also added two ripe bananas in batter ( optional)
Mix the batter well.
Line muffin cups with melted butter and bake in airfryer
Mine has setting of 140 degree for 60 mins
But i did 30 mins only.

Baked banana and sweet potato bites.

Mash sweet potato, banana, add flour of choice , melted butter , pinch of baking soda and 1 teaspoon baking powder. Knead the dough by sprinkling milk. Now roll the dough like chapati and cut desired shapes with cookie cutter. I baked in my airfryer at preset cookie menu. Check your own air fryer settings.

7 easy and healthy tiffin box recipes perfect for playgroup kids (ages 2–5 years) quick to prepare, mess-free, and toddler-approved

🥪 1. Mini Veggie Cheese Sandwich

Ingredients:
• 2 slices whole wheat bread
• Grated carrot, cucumber (squeezed dry)
• Cheese slice or grated cheese
• Butter or mayo

Method:
Spread butter/mayo on bread, layer veggies and cheese, grill lightly or serve plain. Cut into fun shapes!

Tip: Use a cookie cutter to make star/heart shapes.

🍚 2. Veg Fried Rice Balls

Ingredients:
• 1 cup cooked rice
• Finely chopped veggies (carrot, capsicum, peas)
• Grated cheese
• Pinch of black pepper & salt

Method:
Mix everything and form small balls. Shallow fry or air-fry until golden.

Tip: Great finger food with no mess!

🧁 3. Banana Oats Muffins (Eggless)

Ingredients:
• 1 ripe banana
• ½ cup oats
• ¼ cup whole wheat flour
• 1 tbsp honey (for 2.5+ yrs)
• ¼ tsp baking powder
• ¼ cup milk

Method:
Mix all and bake at 180°C for 12–15 mins in muffin tray.

Tip: Freeze extras for the week!

🍝 4. Mini Suji Vegetable Idlis

Ingredients:
• 1 cup suji (semolina)
• ½ cup curd
• Chopped vegetables (carrot, beans)
• Salt & Eno

Method:
Mix suji, curd, veggies and little water to form batter. Add Eno before steaming in mini idli moulds.

Tip: Pack with ketchup or chutney in a dip container.

🫓 5. Paneer Paratha Rolls

Ingredients:
• Whole wheat dough
• Grated paneer
• A pinch of jeera, salt, and turmeric

Method:
Make small stuffed paneer parathas, roll and wrap in foil.

Tip: Easy for little hands to hold and eat.

🥞 6. Apple Cinnamon Pancakes

Ingredients:
• ½ cup wheat flour
• ¼ cup grated apple
• Pinch cinnamon & baking powder
• ½ cup milk or water

Method:
Mix into batter, cook on non-stick pan as mini pancakes.

Tip: Can be eaten cold and still taste great.

🍢 7. Stuffed Suji Appe

Ingredients:
• ½ cup suji
• ¼ cup curd
• Mixed veggies
• Pinch salt, eno

Method:
Prepare batter, pour into appe pan, stuff with cheese or veggies, cook till golden on both sides.

Tip: Serve with a toothpick or pack plain.

Hungcurd Sandwich For Breakfast. Loved by my toddler

Bread 8 slices
Hungcurd: 1/2 cup
Boiled chopped carrot: 1 small
Boiled sweet corn: 1/4cup
Tomato chopped:Of 1/2 tomato
Capsicum chopped par boiled: 1/4cup
Oregano: 1 tsp
Chilli flakes: as per u need spice
Salt: as per taste

Method :

Take hungcurd ,sweet corn, tomato, capsicum, carrot, oregano, chilli flakes, salt & mix all this well... Keep it aside.
Then take bread slices & spread the mixture On two slices.
Cover with rest two bread slices..
Roast them on nonstick pan from both sides till golden brown or crisp.
Cut them in any shape you like.
