🇮🇳Today Marks the day when adoption of the Constitution of India transition to a republic happened 73 years Ago

🇮🇳Also the Indian Flag has three colors :
✨Saffron signifies Strength or courage
✨White signifies Peace and Truth with Ashoka Chakra
✨Green symbolises Growth and auspiciousness of our Land

🇮🇳Commemorating our Indian flag, along with unity in diversity, we have made three kinds of rice dishes

SHRIKHAND RECIPE ✨FLAVOURED YOGURT✨ HUNG CURD SWEET ✨ Beginners 4-Ingredient Recipe ✨

If you’re in the mood for a sweet recipe that is easy and simple to make then Shrikhand is the Best option ✨

Process:
✨First take one cup of curd/yogurt, tie it in a Muslin cloth, and let it drip out the excess water for about 2-3 hours. You can place it in the fridge all night if you have time.
✨Next take the hung curd and whisk it to a creamy consistency and add 2 tbsp of powdered sugar, mix it well.
✨Finally soak a pinch of saffron in few tablespoons of cold/not hot milk and add it to this mixture
✨optional : Add in crushed pistachio, cardamon powdered and Enjoy while it’s cold ✨

ChakkaraPongali 🌾Sweet Pongal 🌾Sweet Rice Dish✨

Wishing everyone a very Happy Makar Sankranthi and Happy Pongal 🌾
India, especially South India, begins celebrating Sankranthi, also known as Pongal, a 3 day festival, from January 14. This festival derives its name from ceremonial "Pongal", the meaning of which is "to boil, overflow".

The preparation of the Pongal, a dish made with rice and jaggery is a significant practice during the festival.

To prepare our version of this delicacy, 🌾First roast 1/4 cup of moong dal, and then pressure cook it with 3/4 cup of rice for 3 whistles on high flame
🌾next boil 3/4-1 cup jaggery powder with 1/2 sugar and a little water till it all reaches a boiling point
🌾Mix both the jaggery sugar syrup into the rice-moongdal and then cook it on medium flame till the rice soaks up the syrup
🌾finally garnish with cashews and raisins fried in ghee ✨

PECAN BANANA MUFFINS 🍌 EGGLESS EASY, QUICK 25min RECIPE✨with only 7 ingredients

Enjoy these easy to bake muffins AT HOME as a delicious breakfast or evening snack within just 20-25 minutes✨

Procedure :
✨Preheat oven to 380F and line your cupcake tray with cupcake liners or oil/butter.
✨Next mash up 2 ripe bananas, add in 1tsp vanilla, 1/4 cup oil/butter and 4Tbsp brown sugar. Mix Well
✨After that sift in 1 cup flour/maida along with 1/2 tsp baking powder and 1/2 tsp Baking soda. Don’t over-mix.
✨Add in some pecans,walnuts or any other nuts of your choice into the batter (optional) . Pour it into the cupcake tins and top it up with any of your favourites 🎉
✨Bake the muffins for At least 20 mins or until a toothpick inserted into the muffins comes out clean.
✨enjoy as a morning breakfast option or evening snack with a cup Of coffee or Tea 🎉
