Paneer Matar Curry is a rich, creamy, and flavorful North Indian dish made with paneer (cottage cheese) and green peas simmered in a tomato-cashew gravy. Perfect to enjoy with roti, naan, or rice 🍛😍

📌 Ingredients:
100 g Paneer (cubes)
1 cup Green Peas (boiled)
2 Onions (chopped)
2 Tomatoes (chopped)
8–10 Cashews (soaked)
1 tsp Ginger-Garlic Paste
2 Green Chilies
½ tsp Turmeric Powder
1 tsp Red Chili Powder
1 tsp Coriander Powder
½ tsp Garam Masala
2 tbsp Fresh Cream
2 tbsp Oil / Ghee
Salt to taste
Fresh Coriander (for garnish)

1️⃣ Heat oil in a pan, sauté onions, tomatoes, and cashews. Cool and grind into a smooth paste.
2️⃣ In the same pan, add ginger-garlic paste, green chilies, and the prepared paste. Sauté well.
3️⃣ Add turmeric, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt. Cook till oil separates.
4️⃣ Add peas, paneer cubes, and little water. Let it simmer for 5 minutes.
5️⃣ Add cream and garam masala. Mix well.
6️⃣ Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot with roti, naan, or rice.
