🐟 Easy Neymeen Fry

Ingredients

* Neymeen (Kingfish) – 4 pieces
* Oil – 2–3 tbsp
* Turmeric powder – ½ tsp
* Chilli powder – 1 tsp
* Salt – as needed
* Small onions/shallots – 5–6, chopped
* Curry leaves – 1 sprig

Method

1. Add oil to a pan.
2. Add turmeric powder, chilli powder and salt.
3. Add chopped shallots and curry leaves, and mix well.
4. Place the Neymeen pieces in the pan and coat them well with the masala.
5. Place the pan on medium flame and fry the fish on both sides until cooked and slightly crispy.
6. Serve hot with rice and your favourite sides! ❤️
