Grilled Chicken Salad with Creamy Tahini Dressing
Marinade for Grilled Chicken:
1 teaspoon roasted cumin powder
1 teaspoon paprika powder
Juice of 1 lemon
2 garlic cloves, minced
Salt to taste
1 tablespoon white oil
1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder
Tahini Dressing:
2 tablespoons white sesame seeds
2 tablespoons white oil
Juice of 1 lemon
Salt to taste
Salad Ingredients:
1 grilled chicken breast, sliced
1/2 cucumber, chopped
1 tomato, chopped
1/2 onion, chopped
1/2 capsicum, chopped
Instructions:
In a bowl, combine roasted cumin powder, paprika powder, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, white oil, and black pepper powder to create the marinade. Mix well.
Place the chicken breast in the marinade and let it marinate for 30 minutes.
Preheat the grill and cook the marinated chicken for approximately 15 minutes or until fully cooked.
In a blender, combine white sesame seeds, white oil, lemon juice, and salt to make the tahini dressing. Blend until smooth and creamy.
Slice the grilled chicken breast and place it in a mixing bowl. Add chopped cucumber, tomato, onion, and capsicum.
