Ingredients🦚🪈:

1/3 cup curd
1/3 cup sugar
1 tsp honey
2 tbsp ghee
1/2 cup milk
1 cup maida
1 tbsp custard powder
cardamom powder
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
Rabri & dry fruits for garnishing

Ingredients🍽
Fish के लिए:
कतला मछली का पेटी पीस – 500 ग्राम
हल्दी – ½ छोटा चम्मच
नमक – स्वादानुसार
Cutlet mixture के लिए:
उबले हुए आलू – 2–3
प्याज़ का पेस्ट – 2 बड़े चम्मच
अदरक-लहसुन का पेस्ट – 1 छोटा चम्मच
साबुत जीरा – ½ छोटा चम्मच
हींग – 1 चुटकी
हल्दी पाउडर – ½ छोटा चम्मच
लाल मिर्च पाउडर – ½ छोटा चम्मच
धनिया पाउडर – 1 छोटा चम्मच
काली मिर्च पाउडर – ½ छोटा चम्मच
कटी हुई हरी मिर्च – 1–2
गरम मसाला – ½ छोटा चम्मच
नींबू का रस – 1 छोटा चम्मच
हरा धनिया – थोड़ा सा
नमक – स्वादानुसार
