Ingredients

For Aloo paratha recipe

- wheat flour
- potatoes
- all Indian spices
- oil or ghee to fry the paratha
- salt to taste
- for green chutney
- coriander leaves
- garlic cloves
- grated coconut
- green chili
- Chaat masala
- salt

For Vegetable upma
- Rava
- vegetables of your choice
- oil for frying vegetables
- salt to taste

Process to make aloo paratha
- boil some Potatoes and pile them once cool and mash them thoroughly.
- add all the spices of your choice in the mashed potatoes along with salt and mix it well until well combined
- Now knead a soft dough with some wheat flour, oil and salt and rest it for 15 mins
- once ready make balls of the potato mixture and the dough.
- fill the dough balls with aloo mixture and roll it into a roti gently.
- now heat up a pan and fry the paratha in oil, ghee or butter until it is golden crispy fried.
- for chutney take a mixture grinder the above given ingredients along with some water.
Process to make upma
- chop all the vegetables of your choice into small pieces.
- heat up some oil and fry all the veggies by adding only salt in it.
- then add the rava in the fried veggies and mix it well.
- now add a double quantity of boiling water in the rava and cover it and cook it for 5 mins on low flame.
- Upma will be ready to serve.

Dinner में क्या बनाएँ? 😋 आज बनाई है एकदम Desi Thali | Full Ghar Wali Indian Meal

In this video, I am sharing a complete Indian thali recipe that is easy to cook and super delicious. This homemade thali includes:

Ingredients:

For Dal & Rice
- Short grain rice
- Dal of your choice
- Tomorrow or Onion
- Green chilli/dry Red chilli
- Haldi
- Mustard
- Cumin
- Curry leaves
- Coriander leaves
- Hing
- Salt
- oil

For Puri
- Wheat Flour
- Salt
- Oil
- Ajwain

For Hariyali aloo
- Potatoes
- Coriander leaves
- Curry leaves
- Garlic
- green chilli
- cumin
- curd
- hing
- salt
- pepper
- oil

For paneer lababdar
- paneer
- onion
- tomato
- garlic
- ginger
- cashew
- curd
- masalas of your choice
- Kasturi meethi
- salt
- oil
- ghee

Description
For Dal Rice
- Take 2 container and add dal rice in it and wash thoroughly.
- add double quantity on water in both the containers to soak the dal rice and add tamato and haldi in dal
- take a cooker and put a grate in it and add some water in it, now put the dal rice container in the cooker, keeping rice container in both and dal on top and cook it up to 4-5 whistles.
- once the cooker is completely cool remove the dal and rice out of it and give tadka to the dal
- for tadka use ingredients of your choice, and cool the dal along with the tadka until one boil
- once done finish it with salt and chopped coriander leaves.

For Hariyali aloo
- Take some baby potatoes and clean them properly.
- fry them in mustard oil until crispy golden, with some hing powder
- Take a mixture grinder and add Garlic, green chilli, curry leaves, coriander leaves, cumin, curd and grind it well and add it in the fried potatoes.
- Then add salt and pepper and cook it.

For Paneer lababdar
- Take a mixture grinder, and grind onion, tomato, garlic, ginger, chilli, coriander, cashew and cumin.
- now heat up a pan and add some oil in it and adda chopped onion in it and fry until translucent.
- add the prepared paste and then add masalas of your choice and salt.
- cover and cook it on low flame for 10 mins, once it releases oil add 2 tbsp of curd in it.
- add some water to balance the consistency and then add paneer in last.
- cook for another 5 mins and add kasturi meethi in it.
- top it up with some ghee and enjoy.
