Some spaces leave you inspired. Some details stay with you.

Walking through Design Democracy India was such a refreshing experience, especially seeing how differently every designer and brand approached material, form, craft and creativity. From unexpected combinations to beautifully resolved details, there was so much to observe, explore and take back with us.

This carousel is a little round-up of the details that caught our eye along the way, across some incredibly distinct design voices.

Time well spent, surrounded by ideas, conversations and plenty of design inspiration.

The kind of space that just feels right. ✨

Our idea of a well-designed interior is one that feels inviting without trying too hard. Rich textures, soft lighting, layered details, and a little bit of mood come together to create spaces that feel as beautiful as they are lived-in.

Because good design isn’t just about how a space looks, its about how it makes you feel.

The Aureate Residence unfolds one detail at a time.

Curves guide you through the home, doors disappear into walls, furniture shifts with the way each space is lived in, and materials bring their own rhythm to every room.

Different spaces, different stories, all tied together by one design language.

Good storage changes the way a space feels and functions.
When storage is planned well, it keeps everyday essentials accessible without letting them take over the room.

Hidden storage helps maintain a cleaner visual language, makes better use of available space and allows the interiors to feel more organised without looking over-designed.

For us, storage is always part of the design, never an afterthought.

Sydney was quite the experience. ✨

Between a fun walk across the Harbour Bridge, those beautiful harbour views, a night at Ivy Sunroom, and casually sharing a lift with people dressed as kangaroos, Sydney definitely kept things interesting. 😂

A little work, a lot of exploring, and plenty of design inspiration along the way. Leaving with happy memories, fresh ideas, and a few very unexpected stories.

When I travel, I always end up noticing the details.

As a designer, I naturally look at what makes a space feel the way it does.

The sculptural forms of the Opera House, the steel structure of the Harbour Bridge, the ornate detailing of the Queen Victoria Building and the clean lines of International Towers all caught my eye for different reasons.

Maybe that’s the beauty of travelling as a designer. You simply see a little more.

The Aureate Residence is shaped by the details that give a home its character.

A warm neutral palette sets the base, layered with deep reds, amber glass, brass accents, sculptural lighting and carefully chosen art.

From the curved seating and marble fireplace to the dining cabinetry and bar, every element connects naturally across the space.

A home that feels composed, warm and distinctly its own.
