The spatial choreography continues with a seamless flow into a private lobby and elevator access,
while the far southern edge of the terrace softens into a verdant retreat. A lush sit-out layered with
plants which coexists with a children’s play area introducing a gentle contrast to the terrace’s
otherwise dramatic language. Completing this level are a discreet pantry and a open home office,
balancing indulgence with everyday functionality.

The narrative ascends to its most dramatic crescendo on the upper terrace; an expansive into anopen-air sanctuary conceived as both a social stage and a private escape. A monolithic onyx bar glows with quiet opulence, its translucent depth lending an almost ethereal quality to the space.
Beneath a striking cantilevered glass canopy, it transforms into an dining experience that is as sculptural as it is sensorial; atmospheric setting envisioned for both intimate evenings and grand entertaining.

At its heart lies a central gazebo, anchored by a bold black & white checkered floor that evokes a
timeless European charm. This gazebo, both architectural and atmospheric, blurs the boundaries
between inside and outside. Designed with versatility in mind, the gazebo transforms into a private
entertainment enclave, complete with a concealed pull-down screen and immersive surround
sound, it transitions effortlessly into an intimate entertainment lounge an unexpected moment of
enclosure within the openness of the sky.

A cinematic take on contemporary luxury, this two-level penthouse is a study of contrast where modern minimalism meets timeless elegance.
From a glowing onyx bar and alfresco dining beneath a glass canopy to a striking black & white gazebo that transforms into a private entertainment lounge, the terrace unfolds as an immersive open air experience.
