A few simple measurements can make your dressing area more comfortable, organized, and functional for years to come.

1️⃣ Keep the dressing unit width between 2 to 4 feet, with a depth of 18 to 20 inches and a height of around 7 feet.

2️⃣ Place the floating accessory drawer 2 to 2.5 feet above the floor for easy access.

A luxury TV unit is not just about adding a console and backdrop. The premium look comes from smart wall planning, clean material layering, proper finishing, and small customised details that take the whole living room up a notch.

1️⃣ We started with a 13’ x 9’ TV wall and covered the entire surface with 6mm MDF paneling. This gave us a smooth, clean base to work with for the rest of the design.

2️⃣ Using 25mm MDF, we created soft arch details on the wall. Once the arches were fixed, we sanded the edges properly to soften the shape. Then we highlighted one arch with stone veneer to bring in texture and depth.

3️⃣ To create a partition effect, we extended the wall with MDF and added customised MS rods. It’s a small detail but it completely changes how premium the unit feels.

4️⃣ After the stone veneer was done, we applied a PU finish across the entire TV unit. This gave us that smooth, seamless surface that just works so well in a modern living room.

5️⃣ At 1’8” height, we added a 9 inch console unit with customised metal legs. If you want something more minimal, a floating console works just as well too.

This kind of TV unit is perfect if you’re going for a modern, premium look in your living room, with detailing that actually holds up in real everyday use.
