Dum Soya Masala is a slightly sweet creamy dish of soya, originating from the Indian fusion subcontinent, in which the gravy is prepared usually with ghee, tomatoes, onion, garlic. Spices such as red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder and garam masala are also used to prepare this gravy. Technically it's a Soya granules tossed in a smooth blend of tomato and onion gravy, with a smoky aftertaste.

Paneer (Indian cottage cheese) is tossed in a flavorful spicy sauce made with soy sauce, chili sauce, vinegar! It tastes great with fried rice or hakka noodles. In a typical Chilli Paneer recipe, the fried paneer cubes are tossed in a sweet, sour, spicy sauce. The paneer cubes can be coated with flours or batter coated and deep fried. It’s the Indian version of Chinese and as you can imagine has lot of vegetarian options and lots of spices too. There are two types of chilli paneer that are popular in India – the dry version which is served as an appetizer and the gravy version which is eaten as a main course with rice or noodles.

Outside of Italy, cappuccino is a coffee drink that today is typically composed of a single espresso shot and hot milk, with the surface topped with foamed milk.Cappuccinos are most often prepared with an espresso machine. The double espresso is poured into the bottom of the cup, followed by a similar amount of hot milk, which is prepared by heating and texturing the milk using the espresso machine steam wand. The top third of the drink consists of milk foam; this foam can be decorated with artistic drawings made with the same milk, called latte art.
