Pune MIDC. Global MNC. One simple question from the UK MD:
“Is this really our reception?”
The space was just a year old. Newly renovated.
But something was clearly off.
Visitors walked in… and walked past it.
No one waited there. No one engaged with the space.
It felt dull, disconnected, and completely out of sync with the brand.
The problem wasn’t budget.
It wasn’t effort.
It was ex*****on without brand thinking.
• No presence of brand colours
• Flat lighting with no experience
• Zero product storytelling
• A reception that didn’t feel like a global MNC
In manufacturing environments, especially across Pune MIDCs, reception areas are often treated as a formality.
But for global companies, this is the first impression zone—for clients, partners, and internal teams.
So we reimagined it, not redesigned it.
We asked:
What if the reception becomes a brand experience space instead of a waiting area?
And everything changed.
→ The bold red from the logo—once avoided—became the highlight
→ Lighting was layered to create energy, not just visibility
→ Waiting area turned into a subtle product showcase zone
→ Every corner started speaking the language of the brand
Today, that same reception is:
• The most used space in the building
• A conversation starter for every visitor
• A benchmark being discussed across their global offices
Sometimes, the biggest transformation is not in square feet—
it’s in how a space makes people feel and connect.
And when that clicks…
even a reception becomes a statement.
