NPA_Nipul Pithadia & Associates. Our client in Karjan they resides in an old bungalow on their property. Initially, they planned to demolish the existing structure and construct a new bungalow on the same land. However, the client’s mother was very emotionally attached to the old house and does not wish for it to be torn down. preserving emotional value while giving the old bungalow new life through thoughtful design. ❤️ Therefore, we have decided to renovate the existing bungalow instead — focusing on minimal dismantling, preserving its sentimental value, and making efficient use of every space with a thoughtful, with minimal interior design approach.
