As an artist, I often found myself playing it safe.. Small canvases, really simple ideas and art works which were within my comfort zone... Large canvases scared the sh*t out me..the details, brush strokes, it absolutely froze me..
Green was a shade I never played much with, as it had a tendency to dull out the entire artwork, if the correct shade wasn't used... So here's me taking a step of out my comfort zone, both in canvas size and shade of colours...
Made for monstera plant lover, I absolutely loved playing with the different shades of greens and a dash of gold... the freshness of green with a whitish grey background and the wooden frame completely give it a close to nature feel ,which was what the client was looking for..
Happy to have brought Niharika's idea for her home alive on canvas for her.
