ResinatiMentali creates unique works of art and design in resin : the material itself becomes the undisputed protagonist of what is created, thus forming and forging the final product . It interacts with wood , copper and iron, re-inventing itself each time. It merges with light itself to create unique objects of contemporary art that become original furnishing accessories in a continuous dialogue between Art and Design. The on-going metamorphosis between these two identities changes in relation to the meaning that one decides to give to the object in question. ... ResinatiMentali plays with different points of view and perspectives, light and resin glowing in unison. The skilled artisanal craftsmanship conveys peculiarity to the artwork through a game of contrasts between classical and modern, between different shapes, colours and sizes, forever placing the originality of the resin design at the forefront. ResinatiMentali not only creates modern works of art, it is also very sensitive towards the concept of “high quality recycling”. It re-interprets and transforms disused materials and objects. As ancient guardians of past emotions and memories, these old objects are ennobled by the resin, acquiring a new shape, a new function, a new life. The addition of light installations at the core of the pieces sublimates the effect, creating an evocative atmosphere, endowing the space around them with a strong and charismatic personality. ResinatiMentali customizes the final product which can be personalized and tailored to different locations with the added possibility of renting the art works to hotels, television sets, photo shoots, fashion shows and video productions . Collaborations with other artists, designers and architects in synergy with JanRuju provide alternative insights, break from conventional models of design and workmanship and ultimately contribute to the enrichment of ResinatiMentali’s magical world.
