Making Japanese bread!!
Today I'm trying the Yudane method, mixing bread flour with boiling water. The heat gelatinizes the starch and gives the bread an incredibly soft texture 🍞☁️

Easter is near!! 🕊️ cranberry hot cross buns 💛

first baked in 12th century England for Good Friday
originally, they were simple spiced buns, often made with basic dough and marked with a cross as a sign of the day
over time, the recipe evolved, with the addition of butter, sugar, milk and dried fruits, resulting in a softer crumb
today, they appear in many interpretations, while still carrying their distinctive cross

This is my version, made with cranberries soaked in a spiced orange syrup 🍊

Super soft burger buns
Inspired by ’s recipe, with a small variation: I used olive oil instead of avocado oil mayonnaise. The result was very satisfying, with an incredible softness.
