Black people on a whole, we need to get pass this mentality that only one of us will make it out, only 1 of us can be successful or that we have to grab up all the opportunities for ourselves alone.

It is so sad to hear almost everyone around me say, including myself in some cases, that we rather work with the Chinese than our own people because of all the fraud, time wasting, lies and efficiencies.

Carpenters, mechanics and so many other trade persons and black own businesses are absolute headaches to work with. The best of them is when they are high-end and expensive them they have a clear system.

I know I would never operate like that so I don't accept it and I really wish we will look into ourselves and change our mindset before no one does anything with us, not use even us.
