unfortunately, the shop will not be open in the winter of 2025/2026 due to the expiration of the lease agreement.
and..
Knife inventory must be ordered more than a year in advance through advance orders, so we will not be able to make it in time this year.
We are still looking for a shop space. Please let us know if you know of any small spaces, such as 5 or 10 tsubo would be perfect.
