伝統的でありながらも色鮮やかで、食洗機と電子レンジ対応の実用的な器を制作しております。寺町の店舗では枯山水のある抹茶カフェも併設しており、京都の文化を体験して頂けます。

「仁秀」は筆頭皇室寺院仁和寺の当代御用達。ろくろ手挽きにより制作される仁秀の一点もの手造り作品が、贈答品としてだけでなく、日常の食卓に豊かさを与える作品として人気を博しております。

しだれ梅の木下で-Under the Weeping Plum Tree

3月下旬にしだれ梅の木の下で客人碗を撮影しました。お日様の下で撮影したため自然光が当たり、より実物に近い色味を感じて頂けます。お茶だけでなく、コーヒーやお総菜碗としても活躍する器たちです。

We photographed this cup beneath a plum tree, capturing the feeling of early spring.
Shot in natural light, it reflects the true colors more faithfully and expresses the essence of Ninshu.
A versatile piece, perfect for tea, coffee, or serving a variety of dishes.

仁秀之宇治抹茶(Uji Matcha)リリースのお知らせ。

お店では沢山の海外のお客様から、日本で飲む抹茶は自国で飲むのと異なり美味しいと仰って頂きます。茶葉が違う、茶筌が違う、点て方が違うなど要因は沢山あると思いますが、我々は水の違いも大きいのではないかと考えていました。

京都をはじめ、日本の多くは軟水で口当たりがよく、抹茶はその水で育まれてきた文化です。海外の、特にヨーロッパでは硬水の地域が多く、抹茶本来の味が出ません。

そこで、、世界中のどんな場所でも、抹茶を楽しんでいただくために、仁秀から軟水・硬水でも美味しい宇治抹茶をプロデュースさせて頂きました。

翠、碧、常盤はそれぞれ個性のある京都産の宇治抹茶です。

新商品の仁秀茶筌休め(Tea Whisk Holder)

お客様から多くの問い合わせをいただいていた茶筌休め（茶筌立て）を制作しました。

世の中に出回っている茶筌休めの多くは型物ですが、
仁秀の茶筌休めは全て職人が一つ一つ手作りで生産しておりますので、
一つ一つに味わいがあり、つい目を引くデザインです。

We have finally created a Tea Whisk Holder(Tea Whisk Stand), in response to many customer requests.

Unlike most tea whisk holders on the market, which are mass-produced using molds, each NINSHU tea whisk holder is handcrafted by our artisans. This gives every piece its own unique character and an eye-catching design that naturally draws attention.

仁和寺御用達向けの観桜会に参加させていただきました。

御室桜はまだ3部咲きほどで、見頃は明後日からとのことでしたが、それ以外の桜は素晴らしく、またライトアップや雲海の演出も素敵で、あっという間に時間が過ぎました。

仁和寺の桜はこれからが見所なので、是非お薦めです。

I visited the cherry blossoms at Ninna-ji, a UNESCO World Heritage site in Kyoto. There were various performances, making the experience even more wonderful. The cherry blossoms at Ninna-ji are about to reach full bloom, so I highly recommend it.

京都市観光協会主催のSNS勉強会に参加させて頂きました。
場所は旧三井家下鴨別邸で、京都の明治からの文化を感じながらも、とても学びの多い時間を過ごすことができました。
また許可を頂いて、仁秀の器と共にお庭の撮影もさせ頂き素敵な写真を撮ることができました。

昨日は暖かな陽を感じ、お庭には梅が咲き、春の近さが感じられました。

I attended a social media workshop held at the Old Mitsui Shimogamo Villa, one of Kyoto’s most iconic buildings constructed in the Meiji era.
With special permission, I was also able to photograph Ninsyu pottery.

The day was filled with warm sunlight, making it a truly wonderful experience.
