🚨 REAL ESTATE TIP: Don't Judge a Title Deed by Its Appearance

Many fake title deeds look almost identical to genuine ones. Don't rely on appearance alone.

Always verify before investing your hard-earned money.
Before buying land:

✅ Conduct an official land search at the Ministry of Lands.

✅ Confirm the registered owner's details match the seller.

✅ Verify the parcel number and acreage.

✅ Ask for the seller's ID and KRA PIN and ensure the names match.

✅ Use a qualified advocate or licensed land professional to guide the transaction.

✅ Never rely on photocopies alone.
