Good afternoon, in designing there are different types of clients
1)The easy to go clients they just want someone who knows their job but they don't let them do their job 😂 they end up engaging fundis behind designers back 😂and cause conflicts in between.
2) The consulting clients who always get a million quotes before they make a decision (they always end up working with fundis and spend more)
3)The doubting Thomas you send your work and they have to keep on asking.. "hii si download "😂 nipeleke one of your site and mostly they end up not giving you the job.
4)The know it all client 😂😂😂 they always have an idea of what they want but in the wrong way they don't give you a chance to design mostly they pick photos online and want you to copy paste 🤣 and they always know a cheaper person... mostly they work with 10 people before their project is complete.
5) The professional client 😍😍😍 they even have a whassap group of the project you get to meet the architect, the civil engineer , the geologist and the QS.This ends up to be a master piece 😉 they are ready to pay site visits and render documents and of course they are my favorite 😍
