🌸 Menstrual Hygiene Day 2026 🌸

At Hope Foundation Liberia, we proudly join the global community in observing Menstrual Hygiene Day under the theme of breaking stigma, promoting dignity, and ensuring that every girl and woman has access to safe, clean, and affordable menstrual hygiene products.

Menstruation is not a taboo it is a natural and healthy part of life. Yet, many girls and women still face challenges such as lack of access to sanitary products, inadequate sanitation facilities, and harmful cultural stigma that affects their confidence, education, and wellbeing.

Today, we raise our voice to say:
💧 Periods should never be a limitation
📚 No girl should miss school because of her period
🧼 Hygiene is a right, not a privilege
❤️ Let’s end the stigma together

As an organization committed to community empowerment and youth development, we continue to advocate for menstrual health education, access to sanitary materials, and safe spaces for girls and women across Liberia.

Let’s work together to create a world where every girl can manage her period with dignity, confidence, and pride.

With empathy for marginalized youth, single mothers, less fortunate, high school dropouts and People with Disabilities (PWDs), we have said to ourselves we need to do something that will benefit the larger society irrespective of their affiliation or condition; they can contribute to our economy immensely.

Based on Chapter III, Article 11 of the Liberian Constitution speaks about fundamental right of all citizens.

Congratulations on a Successful Leadership Training! 🎉

We are proud to announce the success of our one-day leadership training held in Lofa. It was an honor to host a joint meeting with four high school presidents and a vice president, alongside our dedicated team members who actively participated.

During the training, we explored the profile of Hope Foundation Liberia, strengthening our vision for community impact.
