At Raffia, we believe the kitchen should be as inviting as it is functional. For this space, we juxtaposed rich natural wood cabinetry with a clean, marble-veined waterfall island to create a refined yet grounded atmosphere, anchored by a custom statment chandelier.
Every line was thoughtfully curated to foster connection, comfort, and timeless elegance.

‎نؤمن بأن المطبخ يجب أن يكون مساحة تجمع بين الدفء والعملية. لهذا الفضاء، جمعنا بين الخشب الطبيعي الداكن والرخام الأبيض ذو العروق الواضحة في الجزيرة المركزية لابتكار أجواء راقية ومتوازنة، تكتمل بنجفة مصممة لتبث الدفء وتضفي طابعاً منحوتاً ومميزاً على المكان. تم تصميم كل خط بعناية ليشكل مساحة تجمع بين الأناقة والراحة والجمال العابر للزمان

This kitchen was built around the rhythm of family life, designed with wide, open circulation because the best moments happen when everyone gathers to cook, share a meal, and talk late into the evening.

The space unfolds in two natural acts. On one side, a grand island and stove area connect seamlessly to the outdoor barbecue, anchoring the room as the ultimate culinary hub. On the other, a coffee corner and breakfast nook invite slow afternoons over tea, the large counter space effortlessly transforming into a generous spread when dinner parties begin. Every layer was curated with intention, featuring intricate touches like a redesigned vintage Corky pigeon chandelier casting a warm glow, and bold green appliances that introduce a subtle, playful pop of color. Grounded in warm textures and an easy, organic flow, it is a space crafted entirely for connection.

‎صُمم هذا المطبخ ليُحاكي إيقاع الحياة العائلية، مع تصميم مفتوح وواسع يُتيح حركة انسيابية، لأن أجمل اللحظات تكمن في اجتماع الجميع للطهي وتناول الطعام والدردشة حتى ساعات متأخرة من الليل.

‎ينفتح المطبخ على جزأين: من جهة، تتصل جزيرة كبيرة ومنطقة موقد بسلاسة بمنطقة الشواء الخارجية، لتُصبح مركزًا مثاليًا للطهي. ومن جهة أخرى، تدعو زاوية القهوة وركن الإفطار إلى قضاء أوقات هادئة مع الشاي، حيث تتحول مساحة سطح العمل الواسعة بسهولة إلى مائدة عامرة عند بدء حفلات العشاء. رُوعي في تصميم كل تفاصيل المطبخ أدق التفاصيل، بدءًا من ثريا حمامة عتيقة مُعاد تصميمها تُضفي توهجًا دافئًا، وصولًا إلى الأجهزة الخضراء الجريئة التي تُضفي لمسة لونية مرحة. يتميز المطبخ بأرضياته الدافئة وتصميمه الانسيابي، ليُصبح مساحة مُصممة خصيصًا للتواصل

By reimagining the hallway between the main living area and the kitchen, we maximized the footprint to create an intimate secondary lounge. Complete with organic earth tones and soft linen drapery, this cozy nook seamlessly adapts from a quiet afternoon reading corner into a private movie room.

Retreat bathroom design : luxury, texture, and refined earth tones

For the Master Bath, the design centers around a simple, minimalist concept: utilizing a single tile collection to create depth through texture rather than complexity. By juxtaposing smooth, matte wall surfaces with a subtle, geometric relief backdrop behind the vanity, the space feels layered, tactile, and effortlessly serene. Woven baskets, natural timber accents, and soft beige textiles complete the spa-like atmosphere, while refreshing touches of green from small plants or fresh-cut flowers bring the outside in.

‎يرتكز تصميم الحمام الرئيسي على مفهوم بسيط ومختزل، يعتمد على استخدام تشكيلة واحدة من البلاط لخلق عمق بصري عبر تباين الملامس والمواد بدلاً من التعقيد في التفاصيل. ومن خلال الجمع بين أسطح الجدران الملساء والمطفأة (غير اللامعة) وخلفية هندسية بارزة وناعمة الملمس تقع خلف وحدة الحوض، تكتسب المساحة طابعاً متعدد الطبقات يجمع بين ثراء الملمس والهدوء الانسيابي. وتُضفي السلال المنسوجة، ولمسات الخشب الطبيعي، والمنسوجات ذات اللون البيج الهادئ لمساتٍ مكملة لأجواء المنتجعات الصحية (السبا)، بينما تضفي اللمسات الخضراء المنعشة -سواء من النباتات الصغيرة أو الزهور المقطوفة حديثاً- طابعاً طبيعياً يربط الداخل بأجواء الطبيعة الخارجية

Faced with a compact layout, our goal wasn’t just to fit functions, but to craft a cluster of distinct « cocoons. » Rather than walling off areas, we designed a transitional arched threshold framed with sheer, floor-to-ceiling drapery between the open living space and the intimate movie room.

The heart of the master bedroom came down to a delicate balance: how do you bring in a striking accent without losing that grounded, earthy calm? Enter terracotta Tadelakt. Hand-applied and rich in texture, its warm tone acts as an unexpected pop of color that instantly shifts the space into something deeply cozy, moody, and tactile. As the daylight soft-fades into evening, the polished surface catches the shadows, wrapping the room in a quiet warmth.
To keep the sanctuary feel intact, every single line had to earn its place. We designed customized joinery tailored to the exact contours of the room, utilizing every square inch of storage to conceal the noise of daily life. No clutter, no excess—just clean, intentional craftsmanship that lets the room breathe.

‎يكمن جوهر غرفة النوم الرئيسية في تحقيق توازن دقيق: كيف يمكن إضافة لمسة مميزة دون فقدان ذلك الهدوء والسكينة الطبيعية؟ هنا يأتي دور طلاء التادلاكت . يتميز هذا الطلاء، المطبق يدويًا والغني بالتفاصيل، بلونه الدافئ الذي يضفي لمسة لونية غير متوقعة، محولًا المكان فورًا إلى مساحة دافئة وهادئة ومريحة. ومع تلاشي ضوء النهار تدريجيًا إلى المساء، تعكس الأسطح المصقولة الظلال، لتغمر الغرفة بدفء هادئ.

A stark white, monolithic upper volume acts as a canvas for dramatic shadows, accentuating the building’s clean lines. While the main structure follows rigid, right-angled geometry, the upper canopy dramatically terminates in a smooth, rounded corner. This curvilinear profile softens the building’s silhouette against the sky.

‎يشكل الجزء العلوي الأبيض الناصع والمتجانس خلفيةً مثاليةً للظلال الدرامية، مُبرزًا الخطوط النظيفة للمبنى. وبينما يتبع الهيكل الرئيسي هندسةً صارمةً بزوايا قائمة، تنتهي المظلة العلوية بشكلٍ أنيقٍ بزوايا ناعمة مستديرة. يُضفي هذا التصميم المنحني لمسةً ناعمةً على شكل المبنى

Large, floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors openings framed by thick marble surrounds, adding a layer of depth and luxury to the thresholds. Below, warm wood tones under the eaves introduces a natural texture that contrasts beautifully with the stark white walls and provides a sense of warmth to the outdoor living area.

The selection of deep teal, large-format mosaic tiles for the pool in was a deliberate architectural choice designed to evoke the organic serenity of a natural body of water. Unlike the stark, artificial bright blues common in traditional pool design, these rich emerald and aquamarine tones mimic the depth and mystery of a secluded pond or natural spring.

كان اختيار بلاط الفسيفساء كبير الحجم ذي اللون الأزرق المخضر الداكن (التيل) للمسبح قراراً معمارياً مدروساً، يهدف إلى استحضار السكينة الطبيعية التي تتسم بها المسطحات المائية في البيئة الطبيعية. وعلى النقيض من درجات الأزرق الساطع المصطنعة والحادة الشائعة في تصاميم المسابح التقليدية، فإن هذه الدرجات اللونية الغنية -التي تمزج بين الزمردي والأكوامارين- تحاكي العمق والغموض اللذين يميزان بركة منعزلة أو نبعاً طبيعياً.
